3. Setup and Installation

Follow these steps to set up your RENPHO Neck & Back Massager:

1. Unpack the Massager: Carefully remove the massager from its packaging. Inspect for any damage.
2. Choose a Chair: Place the massager on a suitable chair, sofa, or recliner. Ensure the chair has a sturdy backrest to support the massager.
3. Secure the Massager: Use the integrated strap on the back of the massager to secure it firmly to your chosen chair. This prevents the massager from slipping during use.
4. Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the massager's power input port, then plug the adapter into a standard electrical outlet. Ensure the connection is secure.

4. Operating Instructions

The massager is controlled by a wired remote. Familiarize yourself with the remote's functions before use.

4.1 Power On/Off

• Press the Power Button (red circle) to turn the massager on or off.

4.2 Neck and Shoulder Massage

• Press NECK UP or NECK DOWN buttons to adjust the height of the neck massage nodes to align with your neck and shoulders.
• The neck massage nodes provide a shiatsu kneading massage.

4.3 Back Massage

• BACK AREA: Select massage area: FULL, UPPER, or LOWER back.
• SPEED: Adjust the massage speed (L, M, H).
• SPOT: Use the SPOT UP and SPOT DOWN buttons to pinpoint the massage to a specific area on your back.
• The back massage features shiatsu kneading and rolling relaxation.

4.4 Heat Function

• Press the HEAT button to activate or deactivate the soothing heat function for the neck and back areas.
• Note: The seat does not provide a heating function.

4.5 Seat Vibration

• Press the SEAT VIBRATION button to cycle through three intensity levels (L, M, H) or turn off the vibration.

4.6 Automatic Timer

• The massager has a built-in 15-minute automatic shut-off timer to prevent overheating and ensure safety.
• You can restart the massager after a brief cool-down period if desired.

5. Maintenance and Care

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your massager.
