1. Important Safety Information

4. Operating Instructions

Control Knobs
- Temperature Knob: Adjusts the cooking temperature from 150°F to 450°F.
- Function Knob: Selects the cooking mode: Bake, Broil, Toast, or Air Fry.
- Toast/Timer Knob: Sets the cooking time up to 60 minutes or selects the toast shade. It also has a 'Stay On' option for continuous cooking.
Cooking Functions
- Air Fry: This function uses the Sure-Crisp technology to circulate hot air, providing crispy results with little to no oil. Use the air fry basket placed on the bake pan for best results. Ideal for fries, chicken wings, and vegetables.

- Bake: Use this function for baking items like pizzas, casseroles, or cookies. Place food on the bake pan or an oven-safe dish on the wire rack.

- Toast: For toasting bread, bagels, or frozen waffles. Adjust the Toast/Timer knob to your desired shade.
General Operation Steps
- Place food in the appropriate accessory (bake pan, broil rack, or air fry basket).
- Insert the accessory into the oven on the desired rack position.
- Turn the Temperature knob to the desired temperature.
- Turn the Function knob to the desired cooking mode (Bake, Broil, Toast, Air Fry).
- Turn the Toast/Timer knob to the desired cooking time or toast shade. For times less than 20 minutes, rotate the knob past 20 minutes, then back to the desired time. The power indicator light will illuminate.
- When cooking is complete, the timer will ding, and the oven will turn off. If using 'Stay On', manually turn the Toast/Timer knob to 'OFF' when finished.
5. Maintenance and Cleaning

Cleaning the Crumb Tray
The removable crumb tray makes cleaning easy and prevents buildup of food particles.
- Always unplug the oven and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Pull out the crumb tray from the bottom front of the oven.
- Discard crumbs and wipe the tray with a damp cloth or wash in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly before reinserting.
