5. Installation

The AIKE AK2030 hand dryer is designed for wall mounting. It comes with a 55-inch wire and a 3-pin plug for direct connection to a standard electrical outlet. Alternatively, the unit can be hard-wired by a qualified electrician.

Installation Steps:

1. Choose Location: Select a suitable wall location, ensuring adequate space around the unit for operation and maintenance. Consider ADA compliance if applicable.
2. Mounting: Securely mount the hand dryer to the wall using appropriate fasteners for the wall type. Refer to the included mounting template for precise hole placement.
3. Electrical Connection:
   • Plug-in: If using the provided plug, ensure a compatible 110-120V outlet is available within reach of the 55-inch cord.
   • Hard-wire: For hard-wired installations, a qualified electrician must connect the unit directly to the building's electrical system, following all local electrical codes.

6. Operation

Using the Hand Dryer:

1. Wash hands thoroughly.
2. Insert wet hands into the drying chamber from the top opening. The dryer will activate automatically.
3. Move hands slowly up and down within the drying chamber to ensure all surfaces are exposed to the airflow.
4. The powerful airflow will dry hands in approximately 7-10 seconds.
5. Remove hands once dry. The unit will automatically shut off.

Adjusting Settings (Hidden Switch):

The AIKE AK2030 features a hidden switch located at the bottom of the unit. This switch allows you to:

• Switch between high and low air speed settings.
• Turn the intelligent heat system on or off.

Access the switch by opening the small panel at the bottom. Adjust settings as desired for optimal comfort and energy efficiency.

7. Maintenance

HEPA Filter Maintenance:
