Introduction
This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and efficient use of your DJI Neo Two-Way Charging Hub. Please read this manual thoroughly before operation and retain it for future reference.
The DJI Neo Two-Way Charging Hub is designed to charge up to three DJI Neo Intelligent Flight Batteries simultaneously. It also features a power bank function, allowing you to use stored battery power to charge other devices.

Setup
1. Inserting Batteries
To insert a battery, align the battery with one of the three charging slots on the hub. Gently slide the battery into the slot until it clicks into place. Ensure the battery is securely seated.

2. Connecting to Power
Connect a USB-C charging cable to the USB-C port on the side of the charging hub. Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible power adapter (e.g., DJI 65W Portable Charger or another power source). The charging process will begin automatically.

Operating Instructions
1. Charging Process
The number of batteries that can be charged simultaneously depends on the power of the connected charger:
- Charger > 45W: Can charge three batteries simultaneously.
- Charger < 45W: Can only charge two batteries simultaneously.
When charging, the LED indicators above each battery slot will show the charging status. A solid green light indicates a fully charged battery. Blinking lights indicate ongoing charging.

2. Power Bank Functionality
With at least one battery stored in the hub, it can function as a power bank. Connect your external device (e.g., smartphone, goggles) to the USB-C port on the hub using a compatible cable. The hub will use the remaining battery power to charge your device.
Maintenance
1. Cleaning
Regularly clean the charging hub with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents. Ensure no dust or debris accumulates in the charging ports or battery slots.
2. Storage
Store the charging hub in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for extended periods, ensure batteries are charged to approximately 50-60% to prolong their lifespan.
Troubleshooting
1. Batteries Not Charging
- Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the hub and the power adapter.
- Verify that the power adapter is functioning correctly and provides sufficient wattage (refer to specifications).
- Check if the batteries are properly inserted into their slots.
- Inspect the charging contacts on both the hub and the batteries for any obstructions or damage.
2. Slow Charging
- Ensure you are using a power adapter with sufficient wattage (preferably > 45W for simultaneous charging of three batteries).
- Charging speed can be affected by ambient temperature. Charge in a moderate environment.
3. Power Bank Function Not Working
- Ensure there is at least one charged battery inserted in the hub.
- Check the connection of the external device to the USB-C port.
