This manual provides detailed instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your CallToU Wireless Caregiver Pager System. 2. Setup

2.1 Unpacking and Component Check

Before proceeding with setup, ensure all components are present:

  1. Connect the power adapter to the receiver's power input port.
  2. Plug the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet.
  3. Extend the antenna on the receiver for optimal signal reception.
  4. Position the receiver in a central location within the desired coverage area, away from large metal objects or other sources of interference.

Call buttons come with pre-installed 12V 23A alkaline batteries. They can be installed using two methods:

  1. Enter programming mode on the receiver (usually by pressing a 'SET' or 'FUN' button).

  3. Assign a number to the paired button using the receiver's controls. Use the provided number stickers to label the physical buttons for easy identification.
  4. Exit programming mode.

3. Operating Instructions

To initiate a call, simply press the 'CALL' button on any of the wireless transmitters. The receiver will then display the corresponding call number and announce it verbally.

The CallToU Wireless Caregiver Pager System is expandable and can pair with up to 1000 call buttons. Additional receivers can also be added to cover larger areas or multiple monitoring stations.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Call Button Battery Replacement

Each call button uses a 12V 23A alkaline battery. When the button's signal weakens or it stops functioning, the battery may need replacement.

  1. Use the included small screwdriver to carefully open the call button casing.
  2. Remove the old battery and insert a new 12V 23A alkaline battery, ensuring correct polarity.
  3. Close the casing securely.

4.2 Cleaning

Wipe the receiver and call buttons with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, ensuring no moisture enters the device openings. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
