Setup

1. Battery Installation

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the radio.
  2. Carefully open the battery compartment cover (a small flat screwdriver may be needed).
  3. Insert the provided 1200mAh rechargeable Lithium Ion battery, ensuring correct polarity (+ and - terminals match the markings).
  4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

2. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the radio's battery.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off

Slide the ON/OFF switch located on the top side of the radio to turn the device on or off.

2. Radio Mode (AM/FM)

  1. Switching Modes: Press the MODE button on the front panel to cycle between FM, AM, and MP3 modes.
  2. Auto Scan and Store: Long-press the Play/Pause button (middle button in the top row of the keypad). The radio will automatically scan for all available stations and store them in numerical order. Note: The order of stored stations cannot be changed manually.
  3. Direct Frequency Entry: Use the numeric keypad (0-9) to directly enter a desired frequency. For example, to tune to 98.5 FM, press 9-8-5.
  4. Navigate Stored Stations: Use the Previous Track (|<<) and Next Track (>>|) buttons to cycle through the automatically stored stations.
  5. Volume Adjustment: Use the volume wheel on the top side of the radio to adjust the sound level.
  6. Antenna Adjustment: Extend and adjust the telescopic antenna for optimal radio reception.

3. MP3 Playback

The radio supports MP3 audio files from Micro SD/TF cards and USB flash drives. Ensure your audio files are in MP3 format and your storage device is formatted to FAT32.
