Troubleshooting Guide
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No water dispensing | Water bottle empty or not properly installed. Pump issue. | Replace water bottle. Ensure water probe is fully inserted. Check if the pump hose is securely connected at the back of the unit. If the red indicator light (no water) is flashing, the pump is unable to draw water. |
| Water not hot/cold enough | Hot/cold switches off. Unit recently plugged in. | Ensure hot and cold switches on the back of the unit are turned ON. Allow 15-30 minutes for water to reach optimal temperature after initial setup or bottle change. |
| Leaking | Drip tray full. Water bottle cap not sealed. | Empty and clean drip tray. Ensure water bottle cap is properly removed and the probe is correctly seated. |
| Unusual noise | Normal compressor operation. Air in system. | Some noise during cooling/heating cycles is normal. If excessive, ensure unit is level and has proper clearance. |
