2. Setup
2.1 Initial Charging
Your Timex Ironman Move X20 must be charged before initial setup and use. Initial charging can take up to three hours.
- Line up the silver contacts on the charger with the silver contacts on the back of the Timex Ironman Move X20.
- Clip the charging cable onto the back of the Timex Ironman Move X20 and secure the keeper strap over the device.
- Plug your charging cable into a USB port or a universal A/C charging box.
The device will display the battery charge level on its screen during charging.

2.2 App Installation and Pairing
To utilize all features, download the free Timex Ironman Move X20 application on your iOS or Android smartphone. Follow the in-app instructions to pair your device via Bluetooth.

3. Operating Instructions

3.3 Workout Mode
To track specific workouts, activate the workout mode on your device. This mode provides real-time data for distance, pace, calories burned, and total workout duration. Refer to the app for instructions on initiating and ending workout sessions.

3.4 Sleep Monitoring
The Move X20 automatically monitors your sleep patterns, assessing sleep levels and quality. Detailed sleep data can be viewed in the smartphone application.
3.5 Smart Notifications
When paired with your smartphone, the device will display alerts for incoming texts and calls directly on your wrist. Ensure Bluetooth connectivity is maintained for this feature to function.

3.6 Phone Finder

4. Maintenance
4.1 Cleaning
Clean your Timex Ironman Move X20 regularly with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or chemicals that may damage the device or strap.
4.2 Water Resistance
The device is water resistant with an IPX7 rating, meaning it can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. It is suitable for splashes and brief immersion. However, prolonged submersion or use during swimming is not recommended to prevent potential damage.
4.3 Battery Care
To maximize battery life, charge the device fully when the battery indicator is low. Avoid completely draining the battery frequently. The average battery life is approximately 7 days.
5. Troubleshooting
