4. Setup and Installation

The Feit Electric LED Utility Shop Light offers two primary installation methods: hanging and flush mount.

4.1. Hanging Installation

1. Identify the desired location for the shop light. Ensure it is near a power outlet.
2. Attach the two 6-inch (15 cm) hanging cables to the designated slots on the top of the shop light fixture.
3. Securely attach the other end of the hanging cables to a sturdy overhead structure (e.g., ceiling joists, chains, or hooks) using appropriate hardware (not included, unless specified in package contents). Ensure the fixture is level and stable.
4. Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC grounded outlet.

4.2. Flush Mount Installation
