Important Safety Information
WARNING: This product may present a shock or fire hazard if improperly installed. Always install in accordance with the owner's manual, current electrical codes, and the National Electric Code (NEC).
WARNING: Turn off the main power at the circuit breaker before installing the fixture to prevent electric shock.
This portable LED luminaire features a polarized plug (one blade wider than the other) to reduce electric shock risk. The plug fits a polarized outlet in only one way. If it does not fit, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension cord unless the plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.
CAUTION: Do not install on a radiant-heating ceiling.
CAUTION: Ensure hooks engage only the chain, not the electric cord.

Installation Options
Option 1: Install using Chain and V-hooks
Note: If using a wall switch, ensure the pull chain is ON. If using the pull chain ON/OFF switch, attach the included extension to the pull chain.
- Install screw hooks into the ceiling, spaced 47.62 inches apart. For concrete/drywall, use wall anchors (drill two holes with a 1/4 inch bit) and then install screw hooks. (See Figure 1)
- Attach chains to V-hooks, then insert V-hooks into the fixture's endcap mounting holes. Repeat for both ends. (See Figure 2)
- Hang the fixture from the ceiling by attaching the chains to the pre-mounted screw hooks. (See Figure 3)
- Plug the power cord into an outlet or connect to other SHOP/4/4000/840 shoplights.
- Pull the pull chain to turn the fixture ON/OFF.
- Use the cable tie to secure excess cord to the chain, keeping it out of the workspace. (See Figure 4)

Option 2: Install Flushmount using Screws
- Install screws directly onto the mounting surface, spaced 46.70 inches apart. Ensure a gap (D) of 0.079-0.099 inches between the screw head and the surface. For concrete/drywall, use wall anchors (drill two holes with a 1/4 inch bit) and then install screws. (See Figure 5)
- Insert the fixture's keyholes into the mounting screws. Adjust screw tightness to ensure the lamp is held securely on the narrow side of the keyholes. (See Figure 6)
- For added security, mount a third screw next to the outlet side. If an anchor is needed, mark the hole near the fixture, remove the lamp, drill the hole, install the anchor, reinstall the fixture, and then install the screw into the anchor. (See Figure 7)
- Plug the power cord into an outlet or connect to other SHOP/4/4000/840 shoplights.
- Pull the pull chain to turn the fixture ON/OFF.

Linking Multiple Shoplights
Up to 5 shoplights can be linked together.
Connect to Power Outlet. Connect to additional shoplight. Maximum distance between interconnected units: 60 inches (1.52m).
Fixture Maintenance
- Ensure power is OFF before performing maintenance.
- Avoid using chemical solvents during routine maintenance to prevent product damage.
- Clean the lamp regularly for optimal lighting performance.
