Setup
1. Battery Installation
- Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the scale.
- Open the battery compartment cover.
- Insert the 4 included AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
2. Scale Placement
For accurate readings, place the scale on a hard, flat, and level surface. Avoid placing it on carpets, rugs, or uneven flooring, as this can affect measurement precision.
3. Unit Selection (Pounds/Kilograms)
The scale allows you to switch between pounds (lb) and kilograms (kg). To change the unit of measurement, locate the unit selection button on the underside of the scale. Press this button to toggle between 'lb' and 'kg' as desired. Ensure the correct unit is selected before weighing.

Weighing Procedure
- Ensure the scale is placed on a hard, flat surface.
- Gently step onto the scale with bare feet. The scale will automatically turn on.
- Stand still and centered on the scale.
- Your weight will be displayed on the red LED screen. The reading will flash briefly and then lock.
- Step off the scale. The display will remain on for a few seconds and then automatically turn off.
Note: For consistent readings, always weigh yourself at the same time of day, under similar conditions.
