4. Setup

4.1 Unpacking and Inspection

  1. Carefully remove the machine from its packaging.
  2. Inspect for any shipping damage. Report any damage to the carrier immediately.
  3. Verify all accessories are present: 1 x Commercial Slush Machine, 1 x Set of Accessories (measuring cup, seals, whisk, lubricant), 1 x English Manual.

4.2 Placement

  • Place the machine on a sturdy, level surface capable of supporting its weight (Net Weight: 207.2 lb / 94 kg).
  • Ensure adequate clearance around the machine for ventilation, especially at the rear and sides where air vents are located.
  • Avoid placing the machine near heat sources or in direct sunlight.

4.3 Initial Cleaning

Before first use, thoroughly clean all parts that will come into contact with beverages. Refer to the "Cleaning and Maintenance" section for detailed instructions.

4.4 Power Connection

  • Ensure the power supply matches the machine's requirements: AC220~240V 50Hz.
  • Plug the machine into a grounded electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Preparing the Mixture

  • Prepare your desired beverage mixture (e.g., juice, syrup, water). Ensure the mixture is liquid and free of large solids.
  • For slushies, a sugar content of 12-15% is generally recommended for optimal freezing.
  • Do not exceed the maximum fill line in the bowls.

5.2 Filling the Bowls

  1. Open the lids of the two 8L bowls.
  2. Pour the prepared mixture into each bowl.
  3. Close the lids securely.

5.3 Powering On and Mode Selection

  1. Press the main power switch to turn on the machine.
  2. Use the control panel (refer to Figure 2) to select the desired mode for each bowl:
    • SLUSH Mode: For making frozen slushy drinks.
    • COLD DRINK Mode: For keeping beverages chilled without freezing.
  3. The digital display will show the current temperature and forming percentage.

5.4 Dispensing Drinks

  • Once the desired consistency is reached (for SLUSH mode) or the drink is chilled (for COLD DRINK mode), place a cup under the dispensing spout.
  • Pull the dispensing lever to release the beverage.

5.5 Pre-cooling and Preservation Function

The machine includes pre-cooling and preservation functions. You can activate these to pre-cool ingredients during the day and maintain freshness at night, ensuring consistent quality and reducing waste. Consult the control panel settings for specific activation steps.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance

6.1 Daily Cleaning

  1. Empty Bowls: Turn off the machine and unplug it. Drain any remaining liquid from the bowls using the dispensing spouts and the surplus discharge hole.
