3.2 Choosing the Correct Plug Type
The charger comes with different plug types (Schuko, Blue CEE, Red CEE) depending on the power rating and phase. Refer to the following guidelines:
- If your charging port is similar to Type A (single phase), a Schuko or Blue CEE plug is recommended.
- If your charging port is similar to Type B (three phase), a Red CEE plug is recommended.
Important Note: If you purchase an 11KW or 22KW charger but your car does not support 3-phase power, the device will automatically reduce the power to a maximum of 3.5KW or 7KW to protect your vehicle.

3.3 Grounding
The charger supports both grounded and ungrounded operation. For optimal safety, it is recommended to use a grounded power source if available.
3.4 Placement
The Junsun Portable EV Charger is designed for multi-scene use, including rainy, snowy, and sunny environments, thanks to its IP65 control box rating. Ensure the charger is placed in a stable location and the cables are not a tripping hazard.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Basic Operation
- Connect the charger's power plug to a suitable power outlet.
- Connect the Type 2 charging gun to your electric vehicle's charging port.
- The charger's display will show real-time information.
- To start or stop charging, use the touch controls on the charger.
4.2 Adjusting Current and Setting Schedule
The charger features intuitive touch controls for adjusting the charging current and setting a delayed start time.
- Current Adjustment: Short press the 'A' button (or similar current adjustment button) to cycle through available current settings (6A, 8A, 10A, 13A, 16A, 20A, 24A, 32A). The charger will remember the last selected current value for future charges.
- Scheduled Charging: Long press the timer button (often labeled with a clock icon) for 1-1.5 seconds to enter the settings page. Short press to adjust the desired delay time (up to 10 hours). Long press again to confirm. The charger will start charging after the set delay.

5. Maintenance
5.1 General Care
- Keep the charger clean and free from dust and debris.
- Avoid dropping or subjecting the charger to strong impacts.
- Ensure all connections are secure before and during charging.
5.2 Environmental Protection
The charger's control box has an IP65 rating, making it resistant to dust and water jets. It is designed to withstand temperatures from -30°C to +50°C.

Figure 7: Environmental Resistance
5.3 Temperature Control Protection
The charger incorporates a temperature control chip to prevent excessive temperature during prolonged charging. It automatically reduces current if the temperature exceeds 70°C and cuts off power within 0.2 seconds if it reaches 85°C. Charging automatically resumes when the temperature drops below 65°C.

6. Troubleshooting
6.1 Reduced Charging Power
If you experience lower than expected charging power (e.g., an 11KW charger only delivering 3.5KW), this is typically due to your vehicle not supporting 3-phase power. The charger automatically reduces power to protect your car.
6.2 Leakage Protection
The charger is equipped with leakage protection. For 3.5KW and 7KW models, it provides AC 30mA protection. For 11KW and 22KW models, it offers enhanced AC 30mA + DC 6mA leakage protection.
6.3 Other Issues
If you encounter any other issues not covered here, please refer to the warranty and support section for assistance.
