1. Introduction and Overview

This manual provides detailed instructions for the assembly, operation, and maintenance of your Outsunny 6m x 4m Garden Gazebo. 2. Safety Information

Please read and understand all safety warnings and instructions before assembling and using this product. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury or damage to the product.

  • Assembly Requirement: This gazebo requires 3-4 people for safe and efficient assembly. Do not attempt to assemble alone.

  • Structural Integrity: Regularly inspect the frame and connections for any signs of wear, damage, or loosening. Tighten wing nuts and replace damaged parts immediately.

3. Package Contents

4. Setup Instructions

Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. It is recommended to have 3-4 people for assembly.

4.1 Site Preparation

  • Choose a flat, level area for assembly.
  • Clear the area of any debris, sharp objects, or obstructions.
  • Measure your site to confirm the gazebo dimensions (6m L x 4m W x 2.8m H) will fit.

4.2 Frame Assembly

  • Lay out all galvanized steel tubes (φ38mm) and connectors (φ42mm) on the ground.
  • Connect the tubes using the connectors, ensuring all joints are securely fastened with wing nuts for higher stability. Refer to the diagram for correct orientation.
  • Assemble the roof structure first, then attach the vertical support poles.
  • Ensure all connections are tight and stable before proceeding.

4.3 Canopy and Sidewall Installation

  • Carefully drape the PE canopy over the assembled roof frame. Ensure it is centered and evenly distributed.
  • Attach the canopy securely to the frame using the provided fasteners.
  • Install the removable sidewalls. The sidewalls feature 6 transparent plastic church windows for maximum light.
  • Attach the double zipper doors to both ends of the gazebo, allowing for access from either end.
  • Ensure the 5cm redundant cover at the bottom of the sidewalls is properly positioned to help with stability and weather protection.

4.4 Securing the Gazebo

  • Place the heavy-duty metal base plates at the foot of each vertical pole.
  • Insert the L-shaped ground stakes through the base plates into the ground at a 45-degree angle for stability.
  • Combine the spiral ground stakes with the guy ropes. Attach the guy ropes to the gazebo frame and secure the spiral stakes firmly into the ground for additional wind resistance.

5. Operating Instructions

  • Access: Use the double zipper doors located at both ends for convenient entry and exit.
  • Light and Ventilation: The six transparent plastic church windows allow for maximum natural light. For increased ventilation, the sidewalls can be removed.
  • Sidewall Management: The sidewalls are removable, allowing you to customize the gazebo's enclosure based on weather conditions or desired openness.

6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Clean the PE canopy and sidewalls with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could damage the material. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before storage.
  • Frame Inspection: Periodically check all frame connections, especially wing nuts, to ensure they remain tight and secure. Inspect steel tubes for any signs of rust or damage.
  • Fabric Inspection: Check the canopy and sidewalls for tears, holes, or excessive wear. Repair minor damage promptly to prevent further deterioration.
  • Storage: When not in use for extended periods or during adverse weather, disassemble the gazebo and store all components in a dry, protected area to prolong its lifespan.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Gazebo Instability:
    • Ensure all frame connections are tightly secured with wing nuts.
    • Verify that all L-shaped and spiral ground stakes are firmly inserted into the ground.
    • Check that guy ropes are properly tensioned and anchored.
    • If strong winds are present, disassemble the gazebo immediately.
  • Water Accumulation on Roof:
    • Ensure the canopy is taut and evenly stretched over the frame to prevent sagging.
    • Check that the frame is assembled correctly and not warped.
  • Difficulty with Zippers:
    • Ensure the fabric is not caught in the zipper teeth.
    • Apply a silicone-based lubricant to the zipper if it is stiff.
