7. Maintenance
- Regularly check all screws and connections to ensure they are tight and secure.
- Clean the arm with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Do not lubricate the mechanical spring mechanism unless specifically instructed by the manufacturer.
8. Troubleshooting

- Monitor is difficult to move: The tension spring is too high for your monitor's weight. Decrease the tension by turning the adjustment screw counter-clockwise.
- Arm feels unstable: Ensure the desk clamp or grommet mount is securely tightened to the desk. Check all connection points on the arm.
- RGB lighting not working: Check the power connection for the RGB lighting. Ensure it is properly plugged in.
9. User Tips
- For optimal ergonomics, position your monitor so the top of the screen is at or slightly below eye level.
- Experiment with different monitor positions to find what is most comfortable for your posture and task.
- Utilize the cable management features to keep your desk tidy and prevent cable damage.
- When installing, have a second person assist you, especially when handling larger monitors, to prevent injury or damage.
