4.3 Engraving and Cutting Process
- Load your design file (NC, BMP, JPG, PNG, GCODE, etc.) into the chosen software (LASERGRBL or LightBurn).
- Set the engraving/cutting parameters (speed, power, passes) according to your material and desired effect. The machine boasts a maximum engraving speed of 30000mm/min (500mm/s).
- Initiate the engraving/cutting process. The machine's Y-axis dual motor design and lighter laser head contribute to its high speed and efficiency.
- Monitor the process closely, ensuring safety precautions are followed.

4.4 Offline Engraving
The TTS-20 MAX supports offline engraving via TF card. Prepare your GCODE file using compatible software, save it to a TF card, and insert it into the machine. You can then control the engraving process directly from the machine or via the mobile APP without a continuous PC connection.
5. Maintenance
- Laser Lens Cleaning: Regularly clean the laser lens with a soft, lint-free cloth and appropriate lens cleaning solution to maintain optimal laser performance.
- Rail and Belt Inspection: Periodically check the aluminum profile rails and synchronous belts for dust, debris, or wear. Clean the rails and ensure belts are properly tensioned.
- Firmware Updates: Check the manufacturer's website for any available firmware updates to ensure your machine operates with the latest features and improvements.
- General Cleaning: Keep the entire machine free from dust and debris, especially around moving parts and electronic components.
6. Troubleshooting
- Laser Not Firing:
- Check power connections and ensure the machine is turned on.
- Verify software settings for laser power and enable status.
- Ensure the laser module is properly connected and seated.
- Poor Engraving/Cutting Quality:
- Adjust laser focus.
- Review speed and power settings for the specific material.
- Clean the laser lens.
- Ensure the material is flat and stable.
- Machine Not Moving Correctly:
- Check belt tension and ensure they are not slipping.
- Inspect rails for obstructions or damage.
- Verify software connection (USB/WiFi) and G-code commands.
- Ensure limit switches are not obstructed or faulty.
- Connectivity Issues (WiFi/APP):
- Ensure the machine and your control device are on the same network.
- Restart the machine and your control device.
- Check network signal strength.
