Matters Needing Attention

1. After unpacking, please remove the corresponding fixations for the XYZ axes according to the instructions to prevent damage from forced movement.
2. Before starting, confirm that the machine's voltage gear matches to avoid damaging the power supply due to voltage mismatch.
3. The printer has 110VAC / 230VAC and other high-voltage power interfaces. Use only the provided power cord and approved sockets. Ensure the power cord is not damaged.
4. Do not place the printer in environments with significant vibration or instability, as shaking will affect print quality. It is recommended to place it in a well-ventilated, low-dust environment to prevent overheating.
5. Risk of scalding: Do not touch the nozzle or hot bed while the printer is working. After printing, use tools to clean consumables from the nozzle while it is still warm, avoiding direct contact with your hands.
6. When the machine is running, stay away from moving parts and do not insert fingers or other objects into the printer to prevent injury.
7. Adult supervision: Ensure children do not have access to the machine to prevent accidents.
8. Perform regular maintenance. When the power is off, clean the printer body with a dry cloth, wiping away dust and bonded printing materials. Lubricate and maintain the guide rails regularly.
9. In case of emergency, turn off the power directly.

Kind Tips

After the filament exits the extrusion head, it is recommended to cut off the unfolded part of the filament to prevent deformation from affecting filament feeding. Thank you for your understanding!

About Your Printer

The TwoTrees SK1 3D printer features a 4.5-inch touch screen, PEI magnetic steel plate, line guide rail, lead screw, rigid coupling, and stepper motors for the X, Y, and Z axes. It includes a towing chain module, filament rack, power interface, and main board.

The interfaces include:

• Internet Interface: Ethernet port for network cable connection.
• USB 3.0 Interface: Connects USB flash drives, wireless cards, and PCs.
• USB 2.0 Interface: Connects USB flash drives, wireless cards, and PCs.
• Screen Interface: Used for expanding to other screen sizes, RJ11 type interface.
• WiFi Antenna: Receives 2.4GHz WiFi signals.
• Power Interface: Connects to AC power supply.

The SK1 printer comes with an accessory box containing various screws and components, including half-round head screws (M4*8X2 and M5*6X2) and the filament rack.

Removing the Limit Switch Block of XY Linear Guide

The Machine Assembly

1. Install WiFi Antenna: Connect the WiFi antenna to the designated port.
2. Install the Filament Rack: Secure the filament rack using the provided half-round head screws (M4*8X2).
3. Install the 4.3-inch Screen Module:
   • Install the screen holder using half-round head screws (M5*6X2).
   • Before installation, insert the reserved screen cable into the terminal block. Then, slide the screen assembly along the chute into the corresponding slot of the bracket to complete the installation.
