Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the truck and remote control with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use water or chemical cleaners.
- Battery Care: Always remove batteries from the remote control when not in use for extended periods. For the truck's Lithium Battery, charge it fully before storage and periodically during long storage to maintain battery health.
- Storage: Store the product in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Water Tank: After using the water spray function, empty any remaining water from the tank to prevent mold or residue buildup.
Troubleshooting
- Truck not responding: Ensure both the truck and remote control are powered on and batteries are fully charged/fresh. Check for proper battery installation.
- Weak water spray: Verify the water tank is sufficiently filled. Check for any blockages in the spray nozzle.
- Limited range: Ensure there are no strong interferences (e.g., other 2.4GHz devices) in the operating area. Check remote control battery levels.
- Lights/Sounds not working: Check power connections and battery levels.
User Tips
- For best performance, operate the fire truck on flat, smooth surfaces.
- Practice controlling the ladder and water spray in an open area to get familiar with the multi-channel controls.
