The AC123 series includes 1-channel, 2-channel, 6-channel, and 16-channel remotes, allowing for individual or group control of multiple shades.

Important Compatibility Note:

This remote is specifically designed for A-OK RF Motors. It is not a generic remote and may not work with motors from other brands, even if they have a similar appearance. Specifically, this remote is NOT compatible with LEVOLOR Blinds or Hunter-Douglas blinds. Please ensure your blinds motor is compatible with Rollerhouses A-OK RF systems before use.

Upon opening your package, please verify that all the following items are included:

  • AC123 Series Remote Control (1, 2, 6, or 16 Channel model as ordered)
  • Wall Mount Base

Setup and Installation

1. Battery Installation

The remote control is powered by a CR2032 button battery. Ensure the battery is correctly inserted, observing polarity (+/-) if not pre-installed.

2. Wall Mount Installation

The included wall mount base allows for convenient storage and access to your remote. Use the provided screws to secure the base to a desired wall location. The remote can then be easily slid into the mount.

3. Remote Programming and Limit Setting

Refer to the detailed diagram below for programming your remote and setting the upper and lower limits for your electric blinds. This process involves interacting with both the remote and the motor's PROG button.

  1. Initial Pairing and Limit Setting:
    • On the remote, select the desired channel (if multi-channel).
    • Press and HOLD the inset button on the BACK of the control (use a paper clip or small screwdriver). The shade motor will rotate briefly up and down (jog) to indicate it's in limit setting mode.
    • While in limit setting mode, use the UP (▲) or DOWN (▼) buttons to adjust the desired upper and lower positions for your shade.
    • Press the Setting button (on the back of the remote) to save the limit positions. The shade motor will jog briefly up and down to confirm that the limits are set and pairing is finished.
  2. Adjusting Upper/Lower Limits (for an already paired motor):
    • Press and HOLD the inset button on the BACK of the control. The shade motor will jog briefly up and down to enter limit setting mode.
    • Use the UP (▲) or DOWN (▼) buttons to adjust your desired upper or lower position.
    • Press the Setting button (on the back of the remote) to save the new limit position. The shade motor will jog briefly up and down to confirm the limit position is done.

Operating Instructions

The AC123 remote provides intuitive control over your electric blinds. Familiarize yourself with the buttons:

  • Up Button (▲): Moves the blind upwards.
  • Stop Button (■): Stops the blind at its current position.
  • Down Button (▼): Moves the blind downwards.
  • Channel Button: On multi-channel remotes, this button cycles through the available channels to select which blind or group of blinds to control.

Multi-Channel Control

For AC123-02 (2 Channel), AC123-06 (6 Channel), and AC123-16 (16 Channel) remotes, you can control multiple blinds or groups of blinds independently. Adding a New Controller to a Shade

Multiple controllers can be linked to one shade. To add a new remote to an already programmed shade:

  1. Press the STOP button on the currently paired remote (Remote A). The motor will jog once.
  2. Press the UP button on the new remote. The motor will jog again, confirming the new remote has been paired with the shade.

Maintenance

Battery Replacement

The remote control uses a CR2032 button battery. When the remote's performance degrades or the indicator light no longer illuminates, it's time to replace the battery. Carefully open the battery compartment, remove the old battery, and insert a new CR2032 battery, ensuring correct polarity.
