How to Install Roller Motor into the Window Shades

(This is a simplified instruction for electric blinds)

1. Terminal of motor with "Setting" key on the motor should face toward you.
2. Prepare the Roller Tube. Please check what's your inside dimension of the roller tube. Ensure correct crown and drive adapters are used for the motor system. If your roller tube is different, message us to recommend the right one.
3. Align the notches on the crown and drive adapter with the drive tube, slide and fit the motor into drive tube. Mount idler and bracket on both ends.
4. Make the tube fit motor bracket and idler bracket (Tighten brackets until the motor is horizontal).
5. Pair the remote with roller motor when all installed well.

Wiring

(Note: Please do not connect with 8 AA batteries or 8 D batteries)

Please Connect with DC 12V/2A Power supply. Black+White wire is positive (+), total black cable is negative (-).

Pair the remote/motor

1. Hold down the SETTING button on the motor mount.
2. Press the CONFIRM button on the remote transmitter within 10 seconds.
3. Press UP button.

Check the blind/rolling direction

1. Hold down LIMIT button and then press STOP button on the primary transmitter.
2. The motor will start DI-DI-DI-DI/beeping (It indicates roller motor is successful to connect with power supply).
3. If blind goes up, the motor direction is OK. If the blind goes down, then the motor rotation should be changed.
4. Hold both buttons until motor jogs, at this moment the motor rotation has been changed.

Setup bottom limit

5	Press either DOWN or UP button on the remote.		Motor runs step by step to set lower limit accurately.
6	Press CONFIRM button on transmitter.		The motor beeping fast, the setting has completed.
7	Press UP button on Primary transmitter.		Motor runs up.

Set upper limit

9	Press either UP or DOWN button on the remote or the transmitter.		Motor runs step by step to set lower limit accurately.
10	Press CONFIRM button on transmitter.		The motor beeping fast, the setting has completed.

Delete original setting on motor

2	Release the button.		All the records have been delete-motor reset.

Right way to measure the inside roller tube dimension

1. Fits roller tube type#1: Inside dimension 3/4" OD: 7/8" (roughly 22mm).
2. Fits roller tube type#2: Inside dimension 1" OD: 1-1/8" (roughly 28mm).

Different other 1" roller tube in the market can use this motor. Message us if not sure to choose which one.
