4. Setup Instructions

6. Firmware Update

6.1. Update on iPhone
- If your iPhone is currently connected to wireless CarPlay, open your iPhone's browser and enter
192.168.1.101. Tap "Update" if an update is available. - If your iPhone cannot connect to wireless CarPlay, manually join the adapter's Wi-Fi network. The Wi-Fi name is "Car2-xxxx" and the password is
88888888. Then, open your iPhone's browser, enter192.168.1.101, and tap "Update".
6.2. Update on Android Smartphone
- Plug the A2Air Pro adapter into your car's USB port.
- Connect your Android phone to the adapter's Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi Name is "Car2-XXXX" and the password is
88888888. - Open the browser on your phone.
- Enter
192.168.1.101in the search bar to access the backend interface. Click the "Switch P2P" button at the bottom of the website. - On your Android phone, go to Settings > Wi-Fi Direct, and connect to the device named "Car2-XXXX".
- Reopen the browser on your phone and access the backend at
192.168.1.101again. - Click "upgrade" in the backend interface. After the upgrade is completed, manually restart the product by unplugging and re-plugging it.
NOTE: During the update, the red and blue indicator lights will flash alternately. Wait for at least 30 seconds after one light remains constantly on, then disconnect and reconnect the adapter from the USB port to complete the update.
7. Troubleshooting
7.1. How to Report an Issue
If you encounter any issues while using the adapter, you can report them online and send a feedback screenshot. The manufacturer will address the issue as soon as possible.
- For iPhone users: Connect to the adapter's Wi-Fi network (Car2-xxxx), then enter
