Installation Environment:
- Avoid installation near glass windows, direct sunlight, heat
sources, and moisture/water/rain exposure. - Handle the device with care.
- Avoid installation near sea or locations prone to metal
oxidation. - Protect the device from lightning.
- Device should only work in an acidic or alkaline environment
briefly.
Device Wall Installation:
- Stick the wall-mounting template to the wall and drill holes
according to the template. - Insert the expansion tubes into the mounting holes.
- Attach the backplate on the wall using the wall mounting
screws. Insert wire through the backplate before installation. - Attach the terminal to the backplate and secure with a security
screw.
Connection Instructions:
Refer to the provided diagram for connecting doorbell, exit
button, alarm, door sensor, smoke detector, power supply, RS485,
Wiegand, Ethernet, and lock relay.

Q: What should I do if the device is exposed to direct sunlight
for an extended period?
A: Avoid direct contact with sunlight for a long time. Ensure
the device is protected from moisture and handle with care.
Q: How do I change the IP address of the device?
A: Click COMM. > Ethernet > IP Address on the device,
input the new IP address and click OK.

A: No, the device should be installed indoors only to ensure

Installation Environment
Please refer to the following recommendations for installation:

How to Install the Device on the wall?
Step 1: Stick the wall-mounting template to the wall and drill holes according to the wall-mounting template.

Lock Relay Connection
The system supports Normally Opened Lock and Normally Closed Lock.
The NO LOCK (normally opened at power on) is connected with “NO1” and “COM” terminals, and the NC LOCK (normally closed at power on) is connected with”NC1″and”COM”terminals. Take NC Lock as an example below:
