Software Overview
This software is mainly used for updating DIO24 devices.
Preparation’
- PC with Windows 7 or more
- DIO24 Digital Snake 3 4. 5
- A wireless router
- 2 network cables
- DIO24 fimware upgrade software
Operating Instructions

Connections
This digital snake can be updated via 2 different connection methods.
DIO24 and Computer Wired
Connect the computer LAN port to one port of the Router and the DIO24 Ethemet port to another port of the Router (as shown below) The computer and DIO24 are connected to the same router,
NOTE: The computer cannot be directly connected to the DIO24 through the network cable,
DIO24 and Computer Wireless
Connect the DIO24 Ethernet port to a Router’s port. Then find the name network that corresponds to the Router you are using with the computer’s wireless system and connect via Wi-Fi. That way the computer will see the DIO24
Start of Update
To start the update procedure, the update software “DIO24 Firmware Utility’ must be downloa- ded and installed on the computer, which can be obtained on the website: www.topppro.com in the mixer section.
After the software is installed, double click “DIO24 Firmware Utility’ to open it and enter the following interface, as shown: Network Interface Configure
Click the “Scan” button to search for the device:
Select the device and click “Update” button to enter at this interface:
Click “Begin Program” to start the update. Then click “Yes” if you are sure to start or click “No” T you want to exit the update interface.
Please watt for the update to complete, It the updated device is a host or an extension, it will enter the DSP update. This process is fully automated, please walt a moment.
When the update is complete, you can close the update software, then wait for the DIO24 device 1o reboot.
