- You are now ready to pair your Token device. Select Add device.

- In the Add a device pop-up, choose Bluetooth.

- Authenticate to your Token device (double-tap and scan your fingerprint during the solid white lights) and put it in Bluetooth mode (pulsing blue lights) – if the lights are purple, tap once to switch modes.
- Double-tap the sensor again to enter pairing mode – indicated by flashing blue/red lights.

- Choose your Token device from available devices – labelled TR3-##### or TBK-#####, enter your PIN, and click Connect.
- Note: Encrypted bonding can take 20-30 seconds
- Done! You can now authenticate using Bluetooth.

Note: After successfully pairing to your Windows device, you may notice that your Token Ring or BioStick shows up as ‘Not connected’ in your Bluetooth settings. This is normal; unlike other Bluetooth devices, Token’s authenticators only broadcast Bluetooth when interacted with and for 20-30 seconds at a time – because of this, most devices will not update the status that quickly to show ‘Connected’ in the Bluetooth settings.
FAQ
Q: Why does my Token device show as 'Not connected' in Bluetooth settings even after successful pairing?
A: This behavior is normal. Token's authenticators only broadcast Bluetooth when interacted with and for a short duration. Most devices may not update the status quickly to show 'Connected' in Bluetooth settings.
