Set Up The Device
Before setting up the device, make sure you’ve completed the setup of the HomeBase.
- Unduh aplikasi eufy, jeung asup atawa jieun akun.
- Tap the + icon on the home screen, and you can either:
a. Scan the QR code on the device, or
b. Select Alarm System > eufy Panic Button E10 in the Device Family, and follow in-app instructions to complete the setup.
Press the SOS button for 2 seconds until the LED blinks blue when pairing.
Test The Device
Press the SOS button for 2 seconds, and the LED blinks red twice. An event will be displayed in the app.
You can either carry the panic button with you, or use the 3M adhesive to stick it to an easily accessible location, such as by your bed or in the living room.

To trigger the alarm, press the SOS button for 2 seconds, the LED will flash red quickly twice.
The eufy app will report an event, and an alarm will be triggered.

Flashing Red and Blue alternately: Reset Mode or during OTA.
Red and Blue flashes alternately twice: Offline / Communication failed.
Ngaganti Batréna
Regularly check the battery level and replace when needed.
- Twist the battery cover to the [–] position (sakumaha ditémbongkeun dina Gambar 2) with a coin.
- Remove the cover and replace with a new CR2032 battery (Gambar 3 & 4).
- Put the cover back in place, and twist the battery cover to the [|] position with a coin (Gambar 5 & 6).
Reset pabrik
Press the SOS button for 10 seconds to reset the device.
