5. Setélan

Follow these steps to fuse your 3D printer filaments:

  2. Select Filament Type: On the FC01's display, use the control buttons to select the appropriate filament material (e.g., PLA, ABS, PETG). The device will automatically set the default melting temperature for the selected material.
  3. Insert Filaments: Open the top cover of the FC01. Carefully insert one end of the first filament into the left slot and the other end of the second filament into the right slot. Ensure they are fully inserted and meet in the middle heating chamber.
  4. Close and Start Fusion: Close the top cover firmly. The device will begin heating to the selected temperature. The display will show the current temperature and target temperature.
  5. Tungguan Beep: The device will heat up (e.g., PLA takes about 3 minutes to reach 185°C). Once the fusion time is reached, the machine will emit a beep sound, indicating the process is complete.
  6. Remove Fused Filament: After the beep, carefully open the top cover. Gently pull the newly fused filament out of the device. Allow it to cool for a few seconds before handling further.

  • Experiment with different fusion times within the recommended range for your specific filament brand to find the perfect bond.
  • Keep a supply of spare Teflon tubes, as they are essential for smooth filament feeding and can wear out over time.
