Kelly Controls UIME-020 ABZ Plus PWM Encoder

Installation

1. Install the magnet on the motor shaft, making sure the magnet is installed coaxially and tight with the shaft (On the other side of the output).

2. Install the ABZ encoder with studs, ensuring that the exact center of the central chip is aligned with the axis of the magnet. Ensure that the axis difference between the magnet and the center of the chip is less than 2 mm.

3. Adjust the air gap thickness between the chip top surface and the magnet to between 1mm and 3mm
