This is for connecting to the peripheral - USB-C power supply port
For DACs that are USB-powered, they require a 5V power supply via the USB-C port to function. The iPower (5V) is recommended but any low noise 5V power adapter supply will work. For DACs that are NOT USB-powered, the 5V micro USB power supply is NOT required. If in doubt, consult your device manufacturer or open an enquiry with the iFi Support Ticket System via the website.
