If you are experiencing Low/No Solution being put onto your floor while your SpinWave robot is in Mop Mode, follow these steps to resolve:
- Are you paired to machine in the BISSELL Connect App?
- No > Pair to your SpinWave Robot following the steps in the Pairing Guide
- Yes > Pause and Re-start cleaning

- Has this resolved the issue?
- Yes > Great! Glad we could get you back to cleaning!
- No > Pause cleaning
- Take the wet tank out of machine

- Re-seat wet tank back into the robot

- Change the robot’s flow setting from mid to max and run the robot
- The robot will default to mid flow setting unless changed before cleaning
