If you are experiencing too much solution being put onto your floor while your SpinWave robot is in Mop Mode, follow these steps to resolve:

• Remove Clean Water Tank

• Check that the correct amount of water and BISSELL formula are in the Clean Water Tank
  • Filling the water tank with incorrect formula could result in inconsistent flow rates and too much solution on your floor
  • Re-seat Water Tank in robot until it clicks
• If you are using the BISSELL App, change the flow rate to a lower mode > Click the mode on the bottom of the Robot screen > Choose Low and then Apply
  • If robot is performing an Auto Clean it will default to the mid flow rate
