2.1 Download the App
Method 1: Search for the “Phomemo” app on App Store® or Google Play™ for download and installation.
Method 2: Scan the QR code.
You can scan the code using your cell phone’s camera, the built-in QR code scanning feature of your browser, or a dedicated scanning app.

As the Safari browser on Apple devices does not support QR code scanning, please use your device’s built-in QR code scanner instead.
2.2 Tattoo Transfer Paper Introduction
This area is the adhesive seam at the top of the paper; please do not tear it!
2.3 Preparation Before Use
- Take out a piece of tattoo transfer paper, and remove its Protective Sheet.

- Trim the Yellow Backing Sheet along the top adhesive seam with a ruler or scissors.

When cutting, please make sure that the adhesive area remains intact.
2.4 Paper Installation Guide
- Long press the Power Button for 3 seconds until the Display lights up.

- Press the Cover Open Button and lift the Top Cover until it reaches 90 degrees.

- Remove the protective paper.

Please skip this step if your printer does not contain a disposable protective sheet due to different models. - Place the blue carbon sheet facing up and insert it smoothly into the printer along the paper output direction. Ensure the top edge of the tattoo paper aligns with the edge of the printer’s paper exit.

- Lower the top cover while applying pressure to its left side until you hear an audible ‘click,’ indicating that the cover is securely closed.

2.5 Mobile App Instructions
- Open the “Phomemo” app.

- Grant permissions.

- Wait for the printer to be searched.
For more information about app permissions, see 3.2 Permission Description in the Online Guide. - Tap [Connect Now].

- Connection successful. Please click [Tattoo editing].

- Edit your first image, and tap
after you finish editing.
- Confirm the preview effect of the image and then click [Print].

- Tear off the White Tracing Sheet for use.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Disconnect the printer from the power supply before starting any cleaning or maintenance. • If you encounter issues such as blank lines, blurred print, or missing characters, it may be caused by dirt on the Print Head. Please follow these steps
- If you have just finished printing, wait for at least 30 minutes for the Print Head to cool down completely.
- Use a cotton swab dipped in alcohol or a dry alcohol-soaked cotton ball to gently wipe the Rubber Roller and the Print Head left and right 5 times each, removing dust and stains from the surfaces.
- Wait 5-10 minutes for the alcohol to evaporate completely before closing the Top Cover and completing the cleaning process. You may now continue using the printer.

Print Head Warning:
HOT component! Touching it when it is hot can cause burns to your fingers. Please wait for at least 30 minutes after turning off the power before touching it.
