PRO TIPS
- Each time you change the label, please run the automatic label identification.
- Press the feed button on the printer to skip a blank label.
- Double click the feed button to print a test page.
- Avoid poor quality labels as they can damage the printer.
- Regularly clean the print head.
- If the paper is jammed and the red light is flashing slowly, run the automatic label identification.
- Insert Label Printer into the same USB port on your computer every time. This will avoid creating duplicate copies of the printer in your operating system.
FAQ
Q: Bluetooth won’t connect (using a phone as an example)
- Standard troubleshooting steps:
- Update the Labe life app to the latest version.
- Restart the printer and the app.
- Keep your phone within 10 meters of the printer, and ensure no other device is connected to it..
- Test with another phone.
- Phone detects the printer in Bluetooth settings, but the app doesn’t:
- Unpair the printer in your phone’s Bluetooth settings →
Restart the printer Search again in the app.
- Unpair the printer in your phone’s Bluetooth settings →
- Neither the phone nor the app can find the printer:
- Reset the printer:
Turn it off→ Hold down the Feed button→ While holding it, turn the
printer on → Release the button when the red light flashes →
Wait for the blue light to stay on. - Restart your phone and try again.

Q: Printing stops and the red light flashes
The printer requires paper calibration.
Please turn the printer off and on, then hold the Feed button for 3 seconds to re-calibrate.
Q: Blank Print
The label paper may not be properly installed, or it is not thermal label paper.
Please:
- Place the printing side facing up.
- Use thermal paper.
Q: Incomplete Print
The label size setting may not match the paper size.
Please:
- Set the label size in the app to match the actual label dimensions
(e.g. 4×6 in/4×8 in) and reprint. - Download the Labe life App for custom editing.

- Keep the printer away from water and other objects that could penetrate the components.
