Preparation Before Use
Software Installation
Mobile Download
- Method 1: Search for the “Print Master” app on App Store or Google PlayTM for download and installation.
- Method 2: Scan the QR code. You can scan the code using your cell phone’s camera, the built-in QR code scanning feature of your browser, or a dedicated scanning app.

As the Safari browser on Apple devices does not support QR code scanning, please use your device’s built-in QR code scanner instead.
PC Download
- Method 1: Search for “Labelife” on the Mac App Store or Microsoft Store. Download and install it.
- Method 2: Visit the website labelife.cc to download “Labelife”.

Installation of Label Tape
- Open the Top Cover of the Label Maker
- Take out a new label tape.
Please skip this step if there is no brand new label tape (boxed) separately purchased.
- Remove the blue card from the new label tape.
- Ensure the end of the label tape passes through Tape Guide 1) and Tape Guide 2

- Insert the label tape into the Tape Compartment. Two clicks indicate it is securely installed.

- Extend the label paper out above the Paper Outlet and then close the Top Cover.
Getting Started
Keyboard Printing
Power On- Input Content

Single Click to Print- Cut Label

- Peel off the liner along the easy tear line on the back of the label.
- Stick the label onto a dry, flat surface.

Mobile Device Printing
- Press the Bluetooth Button to turn it on, the blue light will flash.
- Open the “Print Master” app.

- Grant permissions.
- Click [Auto Connect].

- Search for the printer.
- The printer is now connected.

- Click [Print] after editing your first label.
- Printing is completed

PC Device Printing
- Open Labelife.
- Turn on the printer and ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your computer. Then click [Connect to the printer] on Labelife.

- Click[add printer].
- Click [Wireless connection] and then click [Next].

- Click on the printer to connect automatically.
- The printer is connected.

- Click [New] to enter the editing page. Enter text and then click [Print].

Cleaning Instructions
In case of blank prints, blurry text, and missing prints, please try cleaning the printer.
- Please avoid scraping the Print Head with any hard objects, as it may damage the Print Head and
compromise print quality.
For details on installing the label tape, please refer to Chapter 2 Preparation Before Use Section 2.2 Installation of Label Tape in this guide.
- Before cleaning, ensure the printer is powered off and the label tape is removed. If you have just finished printing, wait for at least 30 minutes for the Print Head to cool down completely.
- Use a cotton swab dipped in alcohol or a dedicated print head cleaning pen (requires separate purchase) to gently wipe the surface of the Print Head about 5 times, removing dust and stains.
- Wait 5-10 minutes for the alcohol to fully evaporate before using it again.
