Printer Parts Instruction

• To guarantee better printing effects, make sure to fasten the Flip Cover.
• When a paper jam occurs, you can push the cover up to remove the jammed paper.

Getting Started

Downloading the App

• Method 1: Search for the “Phomemo” app on App Store® or Google Play™ for download and installation.
• Method 2: Scan the QR code. You can scan the code using your cell phone’s camera, the built-in QR code scanning feature of your browser, or a dedicated scanning app.

As the Safari browser on Apple devices does not support QR code scanning, please use your device’s built-in QR code scanner instead.

Paper Installation Guide

1. Long press the Power Button for 3 seconds until the Indicator Light is green to power up the printer.
2. Double-click the power button to remove the printer protective paper.Please skip this step if your printer does not contain a disposable protective sheet due to different models.
3. Load the paper with the text side up in the Paper Entry Slot until the printer automatically pulls it in. When the status indicator light turns green and blinks slowly, it means the paper is successfully loaded.

The printed content will not appear on the side that reads “non-printing side”.

User Guide: Printing via Mobile App

1. Open the “Phomemo” app.
2. Grant permissions.For more information about app permissions, see 3.3 Permission Description in the Online Guide.
3. Wait for the printer to be searched.
4. Tap [Connect Now].
5. Connection successful. Please click [Print Image].
6. Select the image to be printed.This is an example of printing an image. You can select other texts for printing based on your actual needs.
7. Edit your first image before clicking
8. Confirm the preview effect of the image and then click [Print].
