Printer Parts Instruction
- To ensure better printing results, make sure to close the top cover tightly.
- If paper jam occurs, you can open the top cover by pushing up the on both sides and remove the jammed paper.
Getting Started
Downloading the App
- Method 1: Search for the “Phomemo” app on App Store® or Google Play™ for download and installation.
- Method 2: Scan the QR code. You can scan the code using your cell phone’s camera, the built-in QR code scanning feature of your browser, or a dedicated scanning app.
As the Safari browser on Apple devices does not support QR code scanning, please use your device’s built-in QR code scanner instead.
Paper Installation Guide
- Long press the Power Button for 3 seconds until the Indicator Light is green to power up the printer.
- Double-click the power button to remove the printer protective paper.
Due to different models, your printer may not contain the disposable protective paper. If so, please skip this step. - Insert the paper with the text side up into the Paper Entry Slot until the printer automatically pulls it in and the Indicator Light is lit green, signaling paper insertion is complete.
The printed content will not appear on the side that reads “non-printing side”. The printer does not support printing while charging.
User Guide: Printing via Mobile App
- Open the “Phomemo” app.
- Grant permissions.
- For more information about app permissions, see 3.3 Permission Description in the Online Guide.
- Wait for the printer to be searched.
- Tap [Connect Now].
- Connection successful, click on [Print Image].
- Select the image to be printed.
In this example, printing an image is used, but you can select other text for printing based on your actual needs.
- Edit your first image, and tap
after you finish editing. - Confirm the preview of the image and tap [Print].
