Getting Started

  1. Downloading the App

As the Safari browser on Apple devices does not support direct QR code Scanning, please use your device’s built-in QR code scanner instead.

User Guide

Replacing the Paper Roll

  • 01 Insert your fingers into the finger recess and lift upwards.
  • 01 Remove any paper rolls or tubes from the printer.
  • 01 Take out a brand new paper roll and remove the roll protector.
  • 01 Place the paper roll in the printer and pull the paper head out above the paper outlet.
