LOAD DEFAULT CONFIGURATION

  1. Update version to R29.9 or higher.
  2. Prepare a TXT file with the name PROMAX_IP.txt and copy it to the root directory of a PENDRIVE.PROMAX-PROWATCH-Neo-2-Advanced-Remote-Monitoring-System-fig-3
  3. Set the equipment in SERVICE MODEPROMAX-PROWATCH-Neo-2-Advanced-Remote-Monitoring-System-fig-4
  4. PROMAX-PROWATCH-Neo-2-Advanced-Remote-Monitoring-System-fig-5
  5. PROMAX-PROWATCH-Neo-2-Advanced-Remote-Monitoring-System-fig-6
  6. The equipment restarts.

RECOMMENDED SETTINGS FOR MONITORING

CAUTION: Once recommended parameters have been configured, be sure to press “Save” to ensure that settings do not lose in case of disconnection or shutdown.

TIME ZONE AND TIME CONFIGURATION

CAUTION: Before carrying out the monitoring, select the geographical zone where the equipment is. Ensure that the equipment has time and date right. See figure below.

NTP Automatically adjusts the time if it’s connected to the network.

CAUTION: To do the Monitoring it is recommended to use the “HARD DRIVE” option instead of internal memory. And the watchdog option in “Enabled” mode.
