ON FACE D5 face recognition door lock is a high-technology product of which its installation directly affects the proper operation and life of the door lock’s use. Therefore, please install it after all the furnishing work is complete. ‘Please install it according to the installation manual with the help of a specialist or the dealer you purchased the product from. |

Be careful not to let the product wet. Wipe the product with a dry cloth for cleaning. Using the product in a severely condensed environment may affect product performance. |

Be careful not to lose the card key or the emergency key and also not to crash them when opening or closing the door. Please make sure that the door is properly locked when you exit. |
 |
Replace batteries with the same brand’s 1.5V alkaline batteries. When using old and new batteries together, do not use them with non-alkaline batteries. It may cause product malfunction. |

Do not expose the product in direct sunlight, high temperature, rain, or snow. It may cause product malfunction. |
 |
Be sure to set the settings such as face recognition registration, card key deletion, registration, etc. with the door lock open. |
 |
Do not put unnecessary pressure on the door lock. Also, do not arbitrarily disassemble, repair, or modify the product. We charge fees for product failures due to careless use even during the free-of-charge A/S period. |

Up to 100 people can be registered with face and palm registration. (recognition speed less than 1 second, glasses do not interfere with face recognition.) |

You cannot open the door with pictures or videos. (growing children need to Caudal register every 6 months to 2 years. Re-register after cosmetic surgery.)

Opening with handle
01. Pushing the handle or pressing the open button will unlock and open the door.

Break alarm function
Opening the closed door with force or intrusions will trigger an intrusion alarm.

The battery level is always displayed.
Changing batteries
– Battery lifetime:4-8 months assuming 10 uses per day
– Low battery alarm: Open the battery cover when you hear a low battery alarm to change all 8 1.5V AA batteries with the appropriate +/- position.
– Do not mix batteries of different remaining lifetime levels.
YOu can use 81.5V AA batteries. (Delivered with 4 batteries)
Automatic closing may stop functioning if you do not change the batteries in time.

• Mixing batteries of a different life may cause leakage. - Using the external power terminal
The external power terminal uses DC9V(6F22/FC-1) batteries from the outside to provide emergency power when the door lock completely runs out of energy which disables face recognition/card key/ palm recognition/ password.

• You need to purchase DC9V batteries separately. We do not provide DC9V ZSbatteries.
• Limit DC9V uses to emergency uses only because prolonged use of DC9v batteries may cause device malfunctions
