Product Appearance

The product is a multi-functional charging stand designed to hold and charge a mobile phone, an Apple Watch, and an earphone charging case. It features distinct areas for each device: a dedicated area for the watch, a primary wireless charging area for the phone, and a specific spot for the earphone charging box. A touch-sensitive key is present to control the LED intelligent light ring.

To ensure charging 3 devices safely and efficiently, please use a 9V/2A adapter and the included fast charge cable. If charging 15W fast charging phones, please use a 9V/2A adapter and fast charge cable. If not using the appropriate adapter and fast charge cable, the charger may not charge 3 devices simultaneously, or may even damage the charger.

Operation Steps

1. Connect the charger to a 9V/2A adapter through the Type-C fast charge cable to power it on. ?
2. Place your phone on the designated wireless charging area. ?
3. Place the Apple Watch on its charging spot and attach it (roll the watchband to minimize its size for better charging). ⌚

1. If you're experiencing interrupted or slow charging, check the following:
   • The back of your phone should not have any metal pop sockets, or credit cards. ??
   • Place the phone in the center of the charging surface (This aligns the charging coil in your phone with the one inside the wireless charger). ?
   • The wireless charging coil on Sony phones is located slightly below center. ? (Sony)
   • Phone cases should be no thicker than 4 mm for effective charging. ? < 4mm
   • Check whether the adapter is a QC3.0 fast charger. ?✔️
2. If you're failing to charge your device, please try out the following:
   • Please restart your cell phone and test with another USB cable. ??
   • Please check whether the indicator light turns on or not. ?
   • Please check if the adapter is a QC3.0 Quick Charger (Output:9V/2A) or not. iPhone original adapter may not match the wireless charger. ?✔️ (QC3.0)
