Product Introduction
A temperature and humidity sensor is a sensor that detects the temperature and humidity of the surrounding environment and can sense subtle temperature and humidity changes and report them to the mobile phone APP, and users can view the current and historical temperature and humidity data on the mobile phone. It can be moved and placed at will or installed by sticking. Can be linked through the gateway to control other smart products, such as linkage with smart air-conditioning, smart humidifier, smart fresh air system,s and other equipment
*This product needs to be used with Zigbee gateway or multi-mode gateway.

Installation Instructions
Method 1: No need to paste, simply place it in the desired position
Method 2: Tear off the adhesive and stick it in the desired position.
- The bonding surface must be kept clean and dry.
- To ensure stable wireless communication, please avoid installing on metal surfaces
Preparation for Use
Download the MOES App on the App Store or scan the QR code
MOES App is upgraded as much more compatibility than the Tuya Smart/Smart Life App, functional well for scenes controlled by Siri, widget and scene recommendations as the fully new customized service. (Note: Tuya Smart Smart Life App still works, but MOES App is highly recommended)
Registration or Log-in
- Download“MOES” Application.
- Enter the Register/Login interface, tap “Register” to create an account by entering your phone number to get verification code and “Set password. Choose “Log in” if you already have a MOES account.
Add device
- Slide the rear cover towards the direction of the arrow, remove the rear cover, then remove the insulation sheet and finally reinstall the rear cover.<m
Remove the insulation sheet to power on the sensor. - Open the MOES APP, make sure the ZigBee gateway/multimode gateway is connected to the APP, enter the gateway and click “Add New Device”.
- Enter configuration mode
- Press and hold the “button” for more than 6 seconds until the white indicator light flashes quickly, and the temperature and humidity sensor enters pairing mode. (Note: When configuring the network, keep the device as close to the gateway as possible.)
- If the network configuration fails, repeat the above operation, please press and hold the device button again until the white light flashes quickly
- Wait for 10-120 seconds. After adding the device successfully, you can edit the device name
- Now you can set “smart scene linkage” according to your needs and enjoy your smart home life.

WARRANTY INSTRUCTIONS
Dear Sir or Madam, thank you for purchasing the product. We hope you’ll enjoy using it. The warranty for the products in the warranty card is hereby granted as follows.
As a condition of using the warranty, you must comply with the following terms and procedures:
- Products are covered by a 24-month warranty, effective from the date of purchase of the covered product by a retail customer.
- In order to exercise warranty rights, the purchaser must present: a) Warranty card, b) Proof of purchase (VAT invoice, financial receipt or other document confirming the actual date of purchase), unless the purchase date of the product comes from the warranty card.
- If product quality problems occur within 24 months from the date of receipt, please prepare the product and packaging and go to the place or store where you purchased it to apply for after-sales\ maintenance. If the product is damaged due to personal reasons, a certain maintenance fee will be charged.
- We recommend that you properly protect the goods when delivering them to the guarantor – for this purpose, we recommend that you use the original packaging with padding to ensure safe transportation. If you choose to use replacement packaging, we recommend that you ensure that the product is adequately protected from damage during shipping. We recommend that you place an appropriate sticker on your packaging indicating the product’s susceptibility to impact, such as “Warning Glass”.
- Reported defects covered by the warranty will be considered immediately and no later than 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Guarantor.
- After checking and determining the legality of the warranty claim, the Guarantor’s services will repair the product within a reasonable time, not exceeding 30 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Guarantor. However, if hard-to-find spare parts are required, this deadline may extend the time it takes to deliver the part from the manufacturer’s factory.
- The warranty does not include the performance of maintenance and similar operations specified in the user manual, and users are obliged to do it themselves.
- If defects occur due to natural wear and tear during use, the warranty does not cover it.
- The warranty does not cover:
- Mechanical damage caused by the user’s fault and product defects caused by such damage.
- Damage caused by improper use of the product.
- The rights under the guarantee will expire in the following circumstances:
- Remove the warranty seal from the product.
- Remove the serial number from the product.
- Take action to eliminate physical defects in the product outside of authorized service.

WARNING
- INGESTION HAZARD: This product contains a button cell or coin battery.
- DEATH or serious injury can occur if ingested.
- A swallowed button cell or coin battery can cause Internal Chemical Burns in as little as 2 hours.
- KEEP new and used batteries OUT OF REACH of CHILDREN
- Seek immediate medical attention if a battery is suspected to be swallowed or inserted inside any part of the body.
- Remove and immediately recycle or dispose of used batteries according to local regulations and keep them away from children. Do NOT dispose of batteries in household trash or incinerate them.
- Even used batteries may cause severe injury or death.
- Call a local poison control center for treatment information.
- Battery type: CR2032.
- Nominal battery voltage:3 V.
- Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
- Do not force discharge, recharge, disassemble, heat above 60℃ or incinerate. Doing so may result in injury due to venting, leakage or explosion resulting in chemical burns.
- Ensure the batteries are installed correctly according to polarity (+ and -).
- Remove and immediately recycle or dispose of batteries from equipment not used for an extended period of time according to local regulations.
- Always completely secure the battery compartment, lf the battery compartment does not close securely, stop using the product, remove the batteries, and keep them away from children.
- Do not mix old and new batteries, different brands or types of batteries, such as alkaline, carbon-zinc, or rechargeable batteries.
RECYCLING INFORMATION
All products marked with the symbol for separate collection of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE Directive 2012/ 19 / EU) must be disposed of separately from unsorted municipal waste.
