Product Usage Instructions:
1. Unscrewing Shutdown Flap Handle:
Unscrew the shutdown flap handle to access the controller
module.
2. Removing Small Hopper Shroud:
Remove 3 screws on the small hopper shroud and take off the
shroud.
3. Disconnecting Controller Connections:
Remove the controller connections carefully.
4. Removing Controller:
Remove the 4 thumb screws from the back of the controller and
disconnect two black and white wire connections on the side of the
controller.
5. Loosening Insulation Housing Screws:
Loosen 3 screws on the insulation housing to create space for
the power plug.
6. Removing Back Panel of Controller:
Remove 6 screws from the rear of the controller and detach the
back panel. Disconnect 2 wire connections and feed the controller
wire through the hopper pass-through holes. Remove any zip ties
obstructing the path inside the hopper.
7. Attaching Antenna:
Attach the antenna to the new controller and ensure it is
securely fixed. Rotate the antenna on its base for optimal signal
reception.
8. Reinstalling Controller:
Complete the controller reinstallation process by following all
steps in reverse order. Make sure all connections are secure and
properly aligned.

Unscrew the shutdown flap handle. 4
CONTROLLER
Remove 3 screws on the small hopper shroud. Remove the shroud.
Remove the controller connections.

Remove the 4 thumb screws from the back of the controller.
Remove the controller.
Disconnect two black and white wire connections on the side of the controller.
Loosen 3 screws on the insulation housing to make room for the power plug.

Remove 6 screws from rear of controller and remove the back panel.
Disconnect 2 wire connections and feed the controller wire through the hopper pass through holes. Note, you will have to remove
a zip tie from the inside of the hopper.
Attach the antenna to the new controller. Rotate the antenna on the base.
Finish the controller reinstall by following all steps in reverse.
