Product Usage Instructions:

1. Preparing the Grill:

Remove all cooking grates and warming racks from the grill.

2. Accessing the Temperature Probe:

1. Unscrew the shutdown flap handle located on the grill.
2. Remove the 3 screws on the shutdown flap hopper shroud and take
   off the shroud.

3. Disconnecting Old Temperature Probe:

1. Remove the 4 thumb screws from the back of the controller to
   access it.
2. Take out the controller by removing the 6 screws on its back
   and rear plate.
3. Disconnect the temperature probe (yellow wire) from the
   controller.
4. Disconnect two black and white wire connections on the side of
   the controller.

4. Removing Old Probe Assembly:

1. Remove the temperature probe and bracket assembly (2 screws)
   from the rear of the grill.
2. Take out the grommet securing the assembly.

5. Installing New Temperature Probe:

1. Secure the new temperature probe with screws in place of the
   old one.
2. Route the new temperature probe through the grill and secure a
   new grommet in place.
3. Connect the new temperature probe to the controller.

6. Completing Installation:

For the remaining installation, follow all steps in reverse
order to ensure proper reassembly of the grill components.

Unscrew the shutdown flap handle.

Remove 3 screws on the shutdown flap hopper shroud. Remove the shroud.

TEMPERATURE PROBE

Remove the 4 thumb screws from the back of the controller. Remove the controller

Remove the 6 screws on the back of the controller and remove the rear plate.
Disconnect the temperature probe from the controller. This should be the yellow wire.

Disconnect two black and white wire connections on the side of the controller.

GROMMET

Remove the temp probe and bracket assembly (2 screws) from the rear
of the grill. Remove the grommet

Secure the temp probe bracket (2 Screws).

Secure the new temp probe.

GROMMET

Route the temperature probe through the grill and secure the new grommet.

Connect the new temperature probe to the controller

For the remaining installation, follow all steps in reverse.
