Exploded View Description
The diagram illustrates an exploded view of the air die grinder, showing its various components in assembly order. The main body of the tool is cylindrical. At the rear, the air inlet connector (15) is visible, leading to the internal mechanism which includes the trigger assembly (3), housing (1), valve bushing (2), valve stem (7), spring (8), and rotor assembly (19, 20, 21). The rotor is supported by bearings (16, 31, 35) and connected via drive shafts (36). Various O-rings (5, 6, 9, 12, 14) are used for sealing. The front of the tool features a muffler cover (13), a front plate (23), and a collet system (37, 38, 39) for securing accessories, along with a cap lock (28) and threaded cap (29). Fasteners such as rivets (4) and nuts (10, 30) are also part of the assembly. Two spanners (40, 41) are provided for maintenance.
