Assembly Instructions

Attach component A to the side rails using component S (x6). Ensure the numbering system aligns.

Connect component E to the frame using components S and B. Align numbers 2 and 3.

Attach component D to the frame using components S and C. Use components E and 4.

Secure component F to the frame using components S and D. Note the orientation with number 7.

Attach the headboard supports (components G and H) using components M and B. Note the numbering 8 and 9.

Attach the center support rail (component L) to the frame using component G and H. Apply noise-free tape to the indicated side.

Connect the remaining frame pieces using components E, G, and S. Note the numbering 11.

Place the slats onto the frame, ensuring proper alignment with numbers 1 and 2.

The bed frame is now assembled. Peel off the upper strip of the non-slip tape to help keep your mattress in place.

5-Year Limited Warranty Statement For Manufacturing Defects
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damages from misuse. To maintain the warranty, register the product at www.zinus.com/resources/register. The warranty starts on the date of purchase and requires an original sales receipt. Manufacturing defects include product breakage under normal use that affects mattress support. Proper support is defined as a smooth, flat, rigid surface. If a defect is found, stop using the product and contact customer service. Loose metal welds (5 or more at purchase) are not considered defects. Improper assembly by the consumer is not covered.
This warranty applies to products used on a level surface with equal weight distribution. Abuse of the product voids the warranty. The manufacturer may repair or replace defective items, substituting comparable materials or models. Transportation or removal costs for inspection are borne by the consumer.
