Assembly Instructions

Numbering System: Easy assembly by following 1,2,3...

Step 1: Attach component A (x2) to component B using screws (S) (x2).

Step 2: Attach component A (x2) to component B using screws (S) (x2).

Step 3: Attach component C (x1 set) to component A using screws (S) (x3). Attach component A to the frame using screws (S) (x4).

Step 4: Attach component D (x1 set) to component A using screws (S) (x5). Attach component A to the frame using screws (S) (x5).

Step 5: Insert component E (x1 pc) and F (x1 pc) into the frame. Ensure the noise-free tape is on the top side.

Step 6: Attach component G (x2 pcs) to the frame using screws (S) (x2).

Step 7: Place the slats (component O) onto the frame.

Step 8: Peel off the upper strip of the non-slip tape to help keep your mattress in place.

The returned item must be in good condition, in its original packaging, with all proof of purchase, parts, and accessories. Returns must be made within the retailer's specified timeframe.

5-Year Limited Warranty Statement For Manufacturing Defects

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damages from misuse. The warranty begins on the date of purchase and requires an original sales receipt for validation.

1. Register your product at www.zinus.com/resources/register for warranty and product updates.
2. The warranty is for manufacturing defects only and applies to the product itself, not any mattress placed on it.
3. Manufacturing defects include breakage under normal use that affects proper mattress support. Proper support is defined as a smooth, flat, rigid surface. If a defect is found, stop using the product and contact customer service. Loose short metal welds (5 or more at purchase) are not considered defects. Improper assembly by the consumer is not covered.
4. This warranty applies to products purchased new from authorized dealers and used on a level surface with equal weight distribution. Abuse, as defined by the manufacturer, is not covered. Replacement of other parts is not guaranteed.
5. Zinus will repair or replace defective products at their discretion and may substitute comparable materials or models. The replacement part may not match the original.
6. Consumers are responsible for transportation or removal costs if the product requires inspection for a warranty claim.
