Product Overview
This espresso machine features several key components:
- Removable Bean Hopper: For storing coffee beans.

Quick Start Guide
Step 1: Prepare Water Tank
Install the water filter and fill the Water Tank. Tip: Soak the water filter for 5 minutes before inserting it into the water filter holder.
Step 2: Fill Bean Hopper
Fill the Bean Hopper with coffee beans.
Step 3: Turn On Machine
Turn on the machine. Note: If the hot water mode button light blinks, consult the QR code or the Owner's Manual/online Product Guide for priming pump instructions.
Step 4: Select Filter Basket
Select the desired Filter Basket and insert it into the Portafilter.

Step 5: Insert Portafilter
Insert the Portafilter into the portafilter holder under the grinder.
Step 6: Adjust Grind Size
Slide the knob to adjust the grind size.
Step 7: Select Dose and Grind
Select the coffee dose and grind amount to match the Filter Basket.
Step 8: Grind Coffee
Press the grind start button to grind coffee to the pre-selected dose amount.
Step 9: Tamp Coffee
Remove Portafilter and apply even pressure to tamp coffee to the marked line inside the Filter Basket.
Step 10: Lock Portafilter
Insert the Portafilter into the group head and rotate to lock.
Step 11: Select Mode and Personalize
Select Espresso mode, personalize temperature, and dose.
Step 12: Brew Espresso
Press the brew start button to pull the selected Espresso shot.
Note: To ensure proper operation, align the grind amount knob indicator with the graphic dots. The machine will not operate if the knob is positioned between settings.

Ideal Espresso
The pressure should read anywhere within the espresso range for an ideal espresso.
What to Look For
An ideal espresso should have a smoother flow, thick crema, and taste well-balanced and smooth.
Tips for Tamping
1. Tamp the coffee grounds with firm and even pressure.
2. Use a flat surface and the marking in the Filter Basket to ensure grounds are evenly leveled.
Tip: Always use freshly ground coffee.
Under Extraction
What to Look For
Flow: Watery flow.
Crema: Thin crema.
Taste: Espresso is pale brown, tastes more weak and watery.
Dosage Adjustment
Increase dosage.
Grind Size Adjustment
Make grind finer.
Tip: Use a double wall basket if you continue to have an issue with an under-extracted shot.
Over Extraction
What to Look For
Flow: Inconsistent drip.
Crema: Thin crema ring.
Taste: Espresso is dark brown, tastes more bitter and burnt.
Dosage Adjustment
Decrease dosage.
Grind Size Adjustment
Make grind coarser.
Personalising Your Drink
Milk Frothing and Heating
1. Fill milk pitcher to the bottom of the pouring spout (approximately 1/3 full).
2. Select the steam mode, point the Steam Wand towards the Drip Tray, and press the brew start button to purge.
3. To froth milk, submerge the tip of the Steam Wand just below the surface of the milk and angle the pitcher. Press the brew start button.
4. To heat milk, submerge the Steam Wand deeper in the milk pitcher.
Tip: Remember to purge the Steam Wand after every use.
Using the Hot Water Spout
5. To use the independent Hot Water Spout, toggle the mode to the hot water setting.
6. Place a cup under the Hot Water Spout, select the desired water dose, and press the brew start button.
