Introduction
Thank you for choosing WELL. Please read carefully the following instructions and keep them within reach.
Models:
- AVR-SRV/TRI-DFC15KVA-WL
- AVR-SRV/TRI-DFC20KVA-WL
- AVR-SRV/TRI-DFC30KVA-WL
- AVR-SRV/TRI-DFC40KVA-WL
- AVR-SRV/TRI-DFC60KVA-WL
Please read this manual carefully before operating this regulator.
Safety Instructions
- Ensure the input voltage is three-phase and correctly connected.
- The regulator can output 380V (line-to-line voltage) or 230V (line-to-earth); ensure the output connection is correct.
- Connect the ground terminal to the ground for safety. [Ground symbol]
- Do not drop foreign material (e.g., clips, nails) into the voltage regulator.
- In emergencies (cabinet or connection damage, liquid splashing, foreign material ingress), switch off the unit, disconnect power and loads, and contact an authorized dealer.
- Sudden temperature changes can cause mist inside the regulator. Ensure the regulator is dry before switching on; wait at least 2 hours after significant temperature changes.
- Only authorized technical personnel should repair the voltage regulator. User attempts to open or repair it can be dangerous. Placing magnetic storage media on top may corrupt data.
Front Panel Description
The front panel features indicators and controls for operation and monitoring.
Diagram Description:
The front panel is equipped with:
- 1. CURRENT INDICATOR: Displays input current for phases A, B, and C.
- 2. WORK INDICATOR: Shows the operational status for phases A, B, and C.
- 3. DELAY BUTTON: Used to select between a long delay (180 seconds) and a short delay (6 seconds).
- 4. DOOR LOCK: Press to release or secure the door handle.
- 5. LINE VOLTAGE SELECTOR: Allows switching to display AB, BC, and AC line voltages.
Model variations (e.g., 9KVA~30KVA and 40KVA~100KVA) may have slight differences in panel layout.
Operation with Generator Input
- The generator's capacity must exceed the voltage regulator's rated capacity for proper operation.
- The generator's output frequency should be within the 45-65Hz range.
- A sine wave output from the generator is required for correct regulator function.

- Ensure the earthing terminal is properly connected.
Loading Capability Diagrams
These diagrams illustrate the power output capability of the regulators at different voltage levels.
Diagram Description (Models: 9KVA~30KVA):
The graph shows Power (%) on the Y-axis and Output Voltage (V) on the X-axis. The curve indicates that the regulator maintains high power output within a specific voltage range, with capacity decreasing at lower or higher voltages.
Diagram Description (Models: 40KVA~100KVA):
Similar to the 9KVA~30KVA models, this graph illustrates the power capacity versus output voltage. The curve demonstrates the regulator's performance across its operational voltage range.
Caution
- Avoid Overloading: Do not exceed the regulator's maximum output power.
- Appliance Starting Power: For appliances with motor compressors, starting power can be significantly higher than rated power. Ensure total starting power of connected appliances does not exceed the regulator's maximum output.
- Output Compatibility: Verify that the regulator's output voltage and frequency match the connected appliance's requirements.
- Input Voltage Range: Ensure the electrical source voltage is within the regulator's specified input range.
- Environmental Placement: Always install the regulator in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, children, water, moisture, oil, grease, flammable substances, and ensure it is secure and stable.
- Application Restrictions: While designed to strict safety standards, this regulator is not intended for applications that could pose a danger to human life or safety, including but not limited to: traffic systems, medical equipment, nuclear or power systems, aviation and aerospace, and other special safety applications.
Environmental Disposal
Waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) requires special handling. Proper collection, storage, transport, treatment, and recycling are crucial to prevent environmental pollution and health risks from hazardous substances. Dispose of WEEE at designated collection centers to ensure responsible recycling and protect the environment. Discarding electrical appliances in landfills or waterways pollutes the environment. The symbol [crossed-out wheeled bin] indicates separate collection for WEEE.
