Cocoon HE180377 Smart Video Pet Feeder Quick Start Guide

1. Before You Start

Before you begin, you will need the following:

• A mobile device (Android V4.1 or later, or iOS V8 or later).
• USB power connected to the Pet Feeder.
• A WiFi connection (have your password ready).
• The Cocoon Connect app downloaded. You can scan a QR code or search for "Cocoon Connect" in your app store.

2. Mount Bowl & Fill

Step 1: Mount the bowl into the feeder's outlet.

Step 2: Press the release button to lift the lid.

Step 3: Fill the unit with food. The red LED indicator will stop flashing when the hopper is full.

Step 4: Press down to close the lid.

Note: The feeder has an "AUTO FEED/RESET BUTTON" and a release button.

3. App Setup

For first-time users: Register an account and follow the on-screen prompts within the Cocoon Connect app.

4. Begin Pairing Mode

The Wi-Fi indicator LED should be flashing white. If the Wi-Fi indicator LED is not flashing, press the Manual Feed Button for 5 seconds. Refer to the full instruction manual if you encounter issues putting the Pet Feeder into pairing mode.

5. Add the Pet Feeder

In the Cocoon Connect app, select "Add New Device" and then choose "Smart Camera" (located in the 'Sensor & Security' section).

6. Connect Pet Feeder to Wi-Fi

Confirm your local Wi-Fi password in the app. If you experience trouble, ensure your Wi-Fi password is correct. Consult the Instruction Manual for further assistance.

7. Scan QR Code with Camera

Hold your mobile phone 15 to 20cm in front of the Pet Feeder so the camera can scan the QR code displayed on the feeder. The Pet Feeder will beep once the code is scanned successfully.

8. Control Your Pet Feeder

Use the Cocoon Connect app's intuitive controls to view the Pet Feeder's camera, take snapshots, and activate the pet food hopper.
