Sensor Installation
Sensor Position
Sensors are typically installed on the vehicle's tyres. The system supports different interfaces for Tow Vehicle (Front Left - F.L., Front Right - F.R., Rear Left - R.L., Rear Right - R.R.), Trailer (Axle A1, A2, A3, A4), and Spare tyres (S1, S2). Note that Axle B is not used. Depending on the purchased pack, up to 10 sensors can be supported.
Sensor Installation Steps:
- Unscrew the valve cap.
- Fit the dustcover onto the valve.
- Screw on the nut.
- Screw on the sensor.
Note: Do not over-tighten sensors, as this can affect readings.
Functional Testing
After installing sensors:
- Tighten the nut to the sensor with a spanner.
- Check for air leaks by spraying soapy water on the sensor connection.
Note: Do not over-tighten sensors, as this will affect readings.
Functional Test After Installation
Once installation is complete, drive the vehicle at a speed over 25 Kph. The system will begin receiving real-time tyre data. Spare tyre and trailer sensors update periodically or when a pressure change is detected. The installation is complete when all tyre data is received and displayed.
Alerts and Indicators
The system provides various alerts for different conditions:
- Normal: Displays standard tyre pressure and temperature.
- Air leakage: Indicated by 3 beeps, with tyre and pressure flashing.
- Low pressure: Indicated by 3 beeps, with tyre and pressure flashing.
- High pressure: Indicated by 3 beeps, with tyre and pressure flashing.
- High temperature: Indicated by 3 beeps, with tyre and temperature flashing.
- Sensor low battery: Indicated by 5 beeps, with tyre and pressure flashing "LO" and a battery replacement alert.

Warnings
- The TPMS is designed for vehicles with tyre pressure up to 6.0 Bar / 86PSI.
- All sensors are pre-set individually for each tyre from the factory.
- If a tyre's location changes, the sensors must be moved to the corresponding tyre.
- The display turns off automatically after the vehicle stops and no movement is detected for a period.
- Approval marks and numbers should not be removed from the product.
- If the solar energy display is used in temperatures above 80°C (176°F), the built-in battery capacity may be damaged.
- If the display no longer holds a charge, the display unit battery (non-user replaceable) needs replacement.
- Discharge and charge fully every 6 months to preserve battery life.
- Store between -40°C to +80°C (-40°F to +176°F). Charge between -10°C to +65°C (+14°F to +149°F).
- Do not expose the display unit to high temperatures.
- Do not disassemble or tamper with the display unit and battery.
Driver Distraction Warning
- Drivers should operate vehicles safely, minimizing time spent viewing the display to prevent distraction.
- The display unit must be installed securely in a position that does not obstruct the driver's view of the road.
- Do not install the display unit where it might hinder the vehicle's operating controls.
- Do not install in a location that could obstruct airbags.
Troubleshooting
No Tyre Data on Display After Installation
- Sensors may not have been programmed to the display; program them.
- Ensure the vehicle speed is over 25km/h, as the display should show data automatically.
- There might be a problem with a sensor.
"--" Appears Intermittently on the Display Unit
This can occur due to RF signal interference, similar to mobile phone signals. The ACMA allows for other RF signals to interfere. If this persists, a sensor might be damaged, or its battery could be weak.
