The Oricom Smart RV Leveller simplifies levelling recreational vehicles (RV) for a more comfortable and stable camping experience. Please read this manual carefully before use.

Installation
Connect Power
Insert the 2 x AA batteries into the navigator. Park your RV relatively flat and level for the initial setup to establish your "set level" in the App.
Mounting the Leveller
Choose a convenient location inside your RV to mount the leveller using the provided screws and 3M tape. Ensure enough space to access the battery compartment for easy replacement.
Note: Mount upright, facing inwards. Refer to the App for specific location and orientation guidance.
Wireless Control
Launch the Oricom app to begin levelling your recreational vehicle.
Operation
Powering On
Briefly press the power button to turn the product on. A single beep will sound. To turn off, press and hold the power button until two beeps are heard.
App Control
Download the free Oricom app from Google Play or the iOS App Store. A QR code is provided for app download.
Troubleshooting
Navigator not powering on
- Ensure AA batteries are not damaged and have power.
- Verify correct battery polarity when inserting.
- Contact customer support if the issue persists.
Inaccurate measurements
- Ensure the RV is parked on a relatively flat and stable surface.
- Check for obstructions or debris preventing proper levelling.
- Contact customer support for guidance if the issue continues.

Express Warranty (Australia)
This Express Warranty is provided by Oricom International Pty Ltd ABN 46 086 116 369, Unit 1, 4 Sovereign Place, South Windsor NSW 2756, referred to as "Oricom".
Oricom warrants the product is free from defects in materials or workmanship during the Express Warranty Period. This warranty does not apply to products with removed serial numbers or purchased outside Australia.
The benefits of this warranty are in addition to rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. Consumers are entitled to replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For goods failing to be of acceptable quality, they are entitled to repair or replacement. For minor failures, Oricom may choose to repair or replace the product.
The Express Warranty Period is 12 months from the date of purchase, evidenced by a dated sales receipt. Proof of purchase is required for warranty services.
Oricom may, at its discretion, replace or repair a faulty product within the Express Warranty Period. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Products are manufactured using new or equivalent materials. Spare parts are warranted for thirty (30) days or the remainder of the product's warranty period, whichever is longer. Oricom may replace a recurring failure with an equivalent product.
Changes to warranty conditions require written confirmation signed by an authorised Oricom representative.
Oricom is not liable for defects, loss, damage, or injury arising from:
- Failure to adhere to warnings and instructions in this user guide.
- Willful misconduct or deliberate misuse of the product.
- External causes beyond Oricom's control (e.g., power failure, lightning, over-voltage).
- Modifications or services performed by anyone other than Oricom or its authorised provider.
How to Make a Claim under Express Warranty in Australia
Oricom offers a simple warranty claim process:
- Call or email Oricom Customer Support: 02 4574 8888 or support@oricom.com.au.
- A support team member will verify warranty eligibility after troubleshooting. If eligible, a Product Return Authorisation number will be provided.
- An email will follow with a Return Authorisation form, Repair Notice (if needed), and return instructions.
If a product does not qualify for return, this warranty does not apply. Authorised returns to Oricom in Australia must include:
- Completed Return Authorisation form.
- Copy of Proof of Purchase (original copy recommended).
- The faulty product with all accessories.

Note: Return shipping expenses are the customer's responsibility. Oricom will arrange delivery of repaired or replaced products.
Important Information: Repair Notice
Product repairs may result in loss of user-generated data (e.g., stored contacts, messages). Ensure data is backed up before sending for repair. Products submitted for repair may be replaced with refurbished products or parts of the same type rather than being repaired.
